My Inner-Geek was on fire last night because of the lunar eclipse. I tried to take pictures of it, but my camera's lens just isn't powerful enough. This was the best I could do. I am so bummed because we had a perfectly clear night and could see the whole thing perfectly. It was so cool!

I tried to get a shot too, but apparently I have the wrong kind of tripod and can't hold my breath long enough not to move the camera. LMAO! This is a great shot!
Your picture turned out better than mine!! I took a couple, but they were so-so...the kids weren't nearly as impressed with it as Tom and I were...

I think you did great. I tried and just couldn't get it. I loved seeing the eclipse. I kept going out there every 10 mins.
